Who We Are
Lusenfold is a folding table and chair brand created by Bazhou Lusen Outdoor Products Co., Ltd., a company based in Bazhou City, Hebei Province, China. We design and manufacture folding furniture built for everyday use — camping trips, backyard gatherings, picnics, and the kind of spontaneous outdoor moments that call for something you can set up in minutes and pack away just as fast.
How We Got Started
Bazhou Lusen Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. was founded in April 2024 by a team with a background in outdoor product manufacturing. From the start, the goal was straightforward: focus on one category — folding tables and chairs — and get good at making it well, rather than spreading across dozens of unrelated product lines. Lusenfold grew out of that focus. We launched this online store because we wanted a direct way to get our products in front of the people actually using them, without layers of middlemen between our workshop floor and your backyard.
Where We Make Our Products
Our manufacturing operations are based in Bazhou, China, where we run two warehouses covering roughly 20,000 square meters combined. Every Lusenfold product is manufactured and packaged at our China facility before it's sent onward.
To make things easier for customers in the U.S., we also operate a logistics processing center in the United States. Orders are sent from our China facility to this U.S. location in bulk, then packed and shipped out to individual customers from there — which means your order ships domestically once it reaches our U.S. logistics center, rather than being shipped internationally on a per-order basis.
Our production team includes more than 370 people working across the manufacturing process in China. Having a team of that size lets us keep multiple production lines running at once, which matters when it comes to keeping up with order volume and turnaround times.
How We Approach Manufacturing
We're always looking for ways to refine how we build our products — that includes updating equipment, adjusting production workflows, and looking for places where a small change makes assembly more consistent or materials go further. We've also put a structured supply chain process in place, so that raw materials arrive on schedule and finished orders go out the door without unnecessary delays.
The People Behind the Brand
Internally, we try to keep things straightforward: work together, catch problems early, and keep improving how things get done. That's less of a slogan and more of a practical necessity — when you're running production lines with hundreds of people, teamwork and attention to detail are what actually keep everything on track.
