At Lusenfold, we want your folding tables and chairs to reach you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they leave our warehouse. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time — we'll explain how the two combine into a total delivery estimate further down this page.
Order Cutoff Time
To help set the right expectations, here's how our daily cutoff works:
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively to the Continental United States. Here's a breakdown of where we can and can't deliver:
We ship to:
- The Continental United States (all 48 contiguous states)
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Small outlying U.S. islands
- Military bases (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
- U.S. territories (such as Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
If your shipping address falls outside our supported delivery zones, we're currently unable to fulfill that order — we appreciate your understanding as we continue working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Shipping Time
Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard shipping to addresses within the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days.

How Total Delivery Time Is Calculated
To avoid any confusion, here's how we calculate your estimated delivery window:
Order Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Shipping Time (5–10 business days) = Estimated Total Delivery Time of 6–13 business days
Please keep in mind that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times can occasionally run longer due to circumstances outside our control, such as public holidays, severe weather, or carrier flight delays. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and we'll always do our best to keep things moving as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
We keep our shipping pricing simple and transparent:
- Orders totaling $0.01–$78.99: a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
- Orders totaling $79.00 or more: shipping is free.
Free shipping applies only to addresses within the Continental United States. As noted above, we are unable to offer any shipping service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small outlying U.S. islands, military bases, or other U.S. territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package's journey in real time using our shipping partner's tracking tool at 17track.net.
Where Your Order Ships From
All Lusenfold products are manufactured and packaged at our factory in China, then sent in bulk to our U.S. logistics processing center, where individual orders are packed and shipped out to customers. This means your order ships domestically once it reaches our U.S. facility, which helps us keep delivery times consistent and reliable for our customers across the country.
A Quick Note on Address Accuracy
Before completing your purchase, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can lead to delivery delays or, in some cases, failure to deliver. We're happy to help if you need to make a correction — just reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order.
